Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 or 2 onions
    6 small carrots, shredded
    4 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, onions and carrots until soft. Drain water. Mix sour cream, flour and paprika. Add a little milk to mix well, then add to pot of potatoes. Add milk, pepper, salt, bacon and cheese and simmer until it is as thick as you like it.
