Stuffed Peppers(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers, cut 1/2 lengthwise
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Cook split peppers for 5 minutes in microwave.
    Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl, except for barbecue sauce.
    Spoon meat mixture into green pepper halves.
    Cover with wax paper. Microwave 25 minutes on roast (140\u00b0) or until meat is done.
    Top with barbecue sauce and cook for 1 minute.
