Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. salad oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together into a large mixing bowl, the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple and vanilla.
    Mix well until all ingredients are moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes on low speed.
    Bake in a lightly greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan about 35 to 40 minutes.
