1 Loaf Of Bread Or 1 Dozen Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Heat shortening and milk until warm; add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Form into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.
    Place in a greased bread pan until double again.
    Let rise and bake about 1/2 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
