Sunny Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. potato slices
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. green peppers
    2 Tbsp. pimento strips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat potatoes with combined flour and seasoning.
    Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Heat Velveeta cheese and milk over low heat; add green peppers, onions and pimento.
    Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until potatoes are done.
