Nine Day Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chopped cabbage
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients and set aside.
    Boil together the next 5 ingredients and pour over the cabbage mixture.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
    Once a day, open and stir. Will keep in container for more than a week.
