Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together, then add pumpkin.
Add all dry ingredients and mix well.
Chill.
