Kolotches Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. sour cream
    6 eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 lb. butter, soft, not melted
Preparation
    Put 6 cups flour in bowl, add sugar and salt.
    Mix yeast in 1/4 c. warm water.
    Beat eggs till well mixed; add sour cream to eggs; add yeast and mix.
    Take flour, sugar and salt and butter; mix as for pie dough.
    Add egg, sour cream and yeast mixture.
    Add remaining flour as needed.
    Knead for 20 minutes.
    Let rise in warm place till double in size.
    Press small amounts on floured surface.
    Fill with filling.
