Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1 stick butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Saute onion
and
celery
in
pan with butter. Add both soups, rice and broccoli.\tLet simmer. Place in casserole dish and bake for
15
to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Take out of oven and place Cheez Whiz
on top, then put back in oven for about 5 to 10 minutes or until melted good.
