Juicy Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. venison (roast or parts)
    1 (16 oz.) jar mild salsa
Preparation
    Put meat in crock-pot or cooking bag.
    Dump salsa on top. Cook on high 4 hours in crock-pot or 2 hours in oven at 325\u00b0. Salt and pepper to taste after cooking (salt will make venison tough if added prior to cooking).
