Raisin Pie Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
grated rind of 1/2 orange
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 2/3 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
pastry for 9-inch double crust
Preparation

Combine juices, water, honey, salt and rind.
Heat to boiling. Moisten cornstarch in a little cold water and add to hot mixture. Rinse raisins and stir into hot mixture.
Line a deep pan with pastry; sprinkle flour on bottom.
Cover with top crust and bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Pie should be nearly cool when cut.
If it is allowed to cool, it should be heated slightly before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
