Chicken And Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. butter
    3 c. any type rice, cooked and drained
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. bamboo sprouts
    1 c. water chestnuts
    2 green onions
    skinless chicken breasts (in soy sauce)
Preparation
    Let chicken set in soy sauce overnight. Fry chicken in a little oil. Cook rice and drain off water. Fry rice, mushrooms, bamboo sprouts, water chestnuts and green onions.
    Mix in chicken and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes.
