Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Carnation milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
Add salt and sugar gradually, stirring well after each addition (mixture will be very grainy).
Then add milk gradually, mixing well after each addition, after last addition, cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla.
Stir.
Put into pint size jar.
