Ingredients

1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried leaf basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can unsalted tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. tomato paste
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation

Cook meat, onion and minced garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Return meat mixture to skillet; add tomato paste and next 5 ingredients, stirring well. Cook over medium-low heat 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes.
