Angel Delite - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed angel food cake
2 sliced bananas
1 c. strawberries, sliced or thawed
2 (4 oz.) boxes sugar-free gelatin (raspberry)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. ice cubes
2 c. Cool Whip lite, thawed
1 extra c. Cool Whip lite
chopped nuts
Preparation

Put cake in 10 x 6-inch oblong Pyrex dish.
Put bananas and strawberries over cake.
Prepare gelatin.
Dissolve in boiling water.
Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin thickens slightly. Remove remaining ice.
Gently whip Cool Whip into gelatin mixture. Pour over cake and fruit.
Refrigerate approximately 1 hour.
Top with extra Cool Whip.
Garnish with chopped nuts.
