Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk, room temperature
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Add baking soda to buttermilk.
    Mix remaining dry ingredients together.
    Lightly beat the egg together with the oil and add to the buttermilk/soda mixture.
    Pour liquid ingredients, as mixed, into dry ingredients and combine lightly.
    This should be a thin batter, to make tender, thin pancakes.
    Cook on a hot griddle, taking care to keep pancakes no more than three inches in diameter.
