Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. canned milk
    3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/3 c. canned milk
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, 1/2 cup canned milk and butter. Pour 1/2 of batter into 13 x 9 x 2 greased and floured pan and bake for 5 minutes at 350\u00b0. It will be gooey and puffy.
