Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 c. cleaned shrimp (approximately 4 lb. in shell)
1 c. melted butter
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
dash of cayenne
2/3 c. cooking sherry
2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Bring
enough
water
to cover shrimp to a boil in large pot. Add
shrimp (in shell) to boiling water.
Bring to boil a second time and boil approximately 5 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Drain.
Shell
and\tremove\tvein.
To melted butter, add garlic, parsley,
paprika,\tcayenne
and
cooking sherry.
Mix well.
Add bread crumbs; toss lightly.
Place shrimp in 11 x 7 x
1
1/2-inch baking dish.
Spoon the butter and crumb mixture over shrimp. Bake
at
325\u00b0
for
20
minutes.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
