Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
small amount fat
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic or 1 minced onion
1 c. hot water
2 c. tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
Preparation

Melt fat and add garlic or onion.
When onion is slightly browned, add ground meat.
Add flour, salt and chili powder to meat and blend together.
Then add canned tomatoes and hot water.
Add kidney beans.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour or put in crock-pot and cook on low for a few hours.
