Cucumbers And Sour Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. thick sour cream
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Pare and slice the cucumbers; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt. Let stand for 30 minutes, then press out any excess water between pieces of paper towels.
Combine remaining ingredients and gently mix with the cucumbers.
