Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
Add eggs and mix.
Add vanilla and mix.
Blend in shredded carrots and crushed pineapple.
Pour into three greased and floured cake pans.
(Note:
Can line pans with wax paper.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool and ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
