Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium butternut squash
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut
    squash
    in
    rings;
    peel and remove seeds.
    Cut in small pieces.
    Cook in small amount of water;
    drain and mash. Beat
    egg yolks in a little milk.
    Add margarine, egg, all the flavorings and milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into squash.
    Pour into
    a
    2
    quart greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
