Drop Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk. Add flour, melted butter, egg yolks and salt. Mix until smooth, then place in warm spot to rise for 2 to 3 hours. Drop by tablespoonfuls into deep hot fat. Fry until both sides are brown. Take them out and let cool a little, then place in bag with sugar and shake until doughnuts are covered.
