Stir-Fried Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broiler-fryer chicken, cut into bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. sliced green onions, stems included
    1 1/2 c. sliced green pepper
    2/3 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese or snow pea pods
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken with scissors into 1 x 1 x 1/4-inch pieces.
    Heat oil in wok over high heat.
    Add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
    Add green onion, green pepper, celery and water chestnuts. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
