Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled baking potatoes, cut in 8 wedges
    1/2 c. oil
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange potato wedges peel side down in 2 shallow baking dishes.
    Mix ingredients.
    Brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
