Pita Pizza Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2-inch) pita bread rounds
    1/2 c. pizza sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation
    Split each pita round in half horizontally.
    Quarter each round, forming 16 triangles total.
    Place on a baking sheet.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Spread pizza sauce over toasted triangles.
    Top with mushrooms and cheese.
    Return to oven and bake about 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
    Makes 4 servings.
