Homemade Granola(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. rolled oats
    1 c. shredded coconut
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a glass bowl mix sugar, honey, oil and cinnamon.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Add oats, coconut and nuts.
    Toss to coat.
    Microwave on High for 6 minutes, stirring twice.
    Mixture will become brown and crisp.
    Stir in fruit.
    Let mixture stand for 1 to 2 hours, stirring 2 or 3 times to break it up.
    Mixture will become cool and crisp.
    Store in tightly closed bottle or tin.
