Hamburger Florentine Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    5 c. water
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. uncooked barley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained), cut up
    1 (14.5 oz.) can Green Giant Kitchen Sliced green beans (undrained)
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant Harvest Fresh frozen chopped spinach
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in 5-quart saucepan or Dutch oven.
    Drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except spinach.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add frozen spinach.
    Cover and simmer an additional 25 minutes.
    Stir to blend spinach into soup.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Yields 11 (1 1/3 cup) servings.
