Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 bunch green onions
    1 medium bell pepper
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    2 medium tomatoes
Preparation
    Chop green onions, bell pepper and tomato in a medium size bowl.
    Add cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
    Then season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Let chill 1 hour before serving.
    The longer it sets the better it is.
    Goes well with chips or Mexican casserole.
