Icebox Rolls(No Kneading) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 yeast cakes
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    To the 2 cups boiling water, add 1/2 cup sugar, shortening and salt.
    Let the mixture cool to lukewarm.
    Soften the yeast cakes in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
    Add 1 teaspoon sugar to the yeast. Stir this mixture into the first one.
    Add eggs and 4 cups flour. Beat well.
    Stir in 4 more cups of flour and mix well.
    Cover the bowl and put in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
    Remove from the refrigerator and shape into a roll.
    Place in a round pan and let rise 1 to 2 hours, until double in size.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
