Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. frozen strawberries
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 eggs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 3 medium or 2 large loaves.
