Ingredients

8 oz. box medium noodles
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. chunky cottage cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
10 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Boil noodles; drain and combine with melted butter.
Separate eggs.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks with sugar. Add to egg yolk mixture, noodles, sour cream, vanilla extract, milk and cottage cheese.
Fold in egg whites.
Grease pan generously with butter.
Bake 1 hour.
