Spicy Sausage-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced and peeled potatoes
    3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. canned tomato sauce
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Use vegetable oil to grease a shallow 2-quart casserole. Arrange next 4 ingredients in a casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Beat together next 4 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over first mixture; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    Drizzle with sauce.
    Slice Mozzarella cheese and then cut in 1-inch pieces.
    Arrange on a casserole.
    Bake for 10 additional minutes.
