Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar
    and
    cream.
    Cook
    to 240\u00b0.
    Remove from heat and add
    salt and butter.
    Beat until it begins to grain. Stir in vanilla and nuts and pour into buttered pan.
