Toasted Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
1/4 c. salt
2 c. pumpkin seeds, cleaned and washed
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Let stand at room temperature at least 24 hours.
Heat oven to 200\u00b0.
Butter cookie sheet.
Drain pumpkin seeds; place on prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Turn of oven; leave in oven overnight or until oven has cooled completely.
Makes 2 cups.
