Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. water chestnuts, drained
    1 large c. mushrooms, drained
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 sticks butter
    1 small c. French fried onions
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Melt 1 stick butter with cheese. Put 1/2 broccoli in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour half of the cheese over.
    Add remaining broccoli and cheese.
    Melt 1 stick butter with cracker crumbs sprinkled on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
