Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese (room temperature)
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and shape into one large or two small balls.
Roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers of choice.
