Mom'S Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1/4 c. soft shortening
6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together warm water, sugar and salt.
Add yeast.
Stir in egg, shortening and flour.
Place dough in greased bowl and cover tightly.
May be kept in refrigerator up to 3 days, but knead down when rises.
