Broiled Open-Faced Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. frozen, diced chicken meat
    1 small tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 (2 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
    2 frozen waffles, toasted
Preparation
    Combine chicken, tomato, mushrooms, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion powder and tarragon. Spread half of the mixture on one side of each waffle.
    Place waffles, spread side up, on rack of unheated broiler pan.
    Broil for 5 to 7 minutes or until spread is bubbly.
    Makes 2 servings.
