Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium size squash
    2 to 3 medium onions
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (black)
Preparation
    Wash and cut off ends of squash.
    Put drippings in frying pan. Add squash, onions, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, slowly as steam tenders squash. Remove cover from pan and allow excess water to slowly dry up. Remove from heat and serve.
    Yields 2 to 3 servings.
