Sour Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (optional)
Preparation

In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar.
Press on bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
In bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Blend in sour cream.
Pour in spring-form pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes, until center is set.
