Japanese Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. eggs, separated
    1 lb. sugar
    1 lb. flour
    2/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. blackberry wine
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 boxes raisins
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks and sugar.
    Cream flour and butter.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add other ingredients as listed.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last.
    Bake in layers at 375\u00b0 until done. Put together with Japanese Fruitcake Filling.
