California Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple in juice
    4 egg yolks
    4 egg whites, beaten until stiff
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients (sift together).
    Do not use mixer; mix with wooden spoon.
    Add oil, pineapple and egg yolks; mix well.
    Add egg whites; mix well.
    Put in funnel cake pan (spray with Pam).
    Bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
