Buckeyes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks margarine, melted
1 pound confectioners sugar
2- 12 ounce bags nestle semi-sweet morsels
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients well.
Use a teaspoon to form balls of the batter.
These may be any size you choose bite sized is best.
Place on cookie sheet and cool until firm.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate morsels in a deep container such as a two-cup glass measure.
When balls of batter are formed, dip each and coat completely with chocolate.
Place on wax paper on cookie sheet. Refrigerate or freeze.
Should be stored in sealed container. Great frozen!
Yields approx. 70 candies.
