No Crust Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon or 1 lb. sausage
2 c. chopped onions
16 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 c. milk
1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute bacon or sausage until partially cooked.
Add onions and cook until tender, but not brown.
Pour off excess fat.
Combine eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and milk; mix well.
Add bacon, onions and cheese.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
