Zucchini Linguine Cuisineyhouston, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large leaves of fresh basil
    2 small zucchini
    1 small yellow squash
    1 lb. linguine
    3 oz. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut squash and zucchini in julienne (small sticks).
    Heat butter and oil in a large fry pan or casserole dish.
    Add the garlic and cook over medium heat until opaque.
    Add the squash, zucchini and basil and cook about 7 minutes or until soft, but be careful not to overcook!
    Meanwhile, boil the pasta (linguine) in a large pot until al dente.
    Drain and toss with squash mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan on top.
