Quick Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    8-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Stir cream cheese until soft.
    Blend in 1/2 cup milk.
    Add remaining milk and pudding mix.
    Beat slowly until well mixed. Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Chill 1 hour before serving. Serves 8.
