Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cooked and cut up
1/2 c. dry white wine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. seedless grapes, cut in halves (green)
1 c. seedless red grapes, cut in halves
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
Preparation

Combine wine and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken mixture. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
Drain.
Reserve marinade.
Combine mayonnaise and reserved marinade.
Put salad on lettuce and serve with mayonnaise mixture.
