Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
8 oz. Cheddar cheese at room temperature
8 oz. Swiss cheese at room temperature
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
garlic powder to tate
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Mix cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce together well.
Form log and roll in nuts.
Refrigerate before serving.
