Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
Preparation

Shred the cabbage.
Chop bell pepper and onion.
Place in large bowl.
Mix 1 cup sugar, salt, mustard, celery seed and vinegar.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat, add 2/3 cup oil.
Pour over cabbage while still hot.
Cool to serve.
